Who is Team for, and when do I need Platform?
Team is for a single procurement team that wants the full intelligence feature set without a sales cycle: sign up, forward your emails, pay monthly, cancel anytime. Platform is for multi-plant or high-document-volume operations that need sizing, a dedicated support channel, and a security review. If one team and 2,500 actions a month covers you, start with Team. You can move to Platform later without re-implementing anything.
What counts as an action?
One action is one item Kynthar processes: a document, a forwarded email, or an Excel sheet. A ten-page PDF is one action, and an email that produces nothing useful is never billed. Actions count only when processing succeeds, and your billing page itemizes every one. Everything downstream, including cross-document matching, anomaly checks, search, chat, and reports, consumes no additional actions, and ERP syncs are free. 2,500 actions a month is sized to a realistic single-team document volume, which is why the Pilot and Team both meter there. And we never bill per finding: revenue never depends on how many alarms we raise, so a quiet week costs you nothing and means nothing is wrong.
How is Platform pricing sized?
Annual contract sized to the operation Kynthar watches: the spend flowing through it, your monthly document volume, active vendor count, and contract complexity. A single-plant manufacturer lands at the low end; multi-plant or high-document-volume operations scale up from there. The Pilot runs on a realistic single-team document volume; the Platform quote takes one sizing call.
