Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Sign up and process your first documents free, no credit card required. See real results on your actual documents before committing.

What counts as a document?

Each file you upload or receive counts as one document, regardless of page count. A 5-page invoice = 1 document. An Excel workbook = 1 document. Forwarded emails only count when data is extracted — a vendor confirmation with order details = 1 document, but plain emails with no procurement data are not charged. Email attachments (PDFs, spreadsheets) each count as their own document. Documents are counted across all channels: uploads, email ingestion, and API.

What happens if I exceed my document limit?

You are billed at the overage rate for your plan: $0.50/document (Starter), $0.30/document (Pro), or $0.20/document (Scale). No service interruption.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. Add-on modules are self-service from your Settings page. Activate or cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay annually and save 17% (equivalent to 2 months free). Switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your Settings page.

What if I need more than 5,000 documents per month?
