Method

How Kynthar verifies its own numbers

Your first move will be to check the number you already know. Good. That's the test we built this product to pass.

Run a pair check See how it works

Every figure traces to the document that asserted it. Every release is graded against scenarios with exact known answers before it ships.

PUBLIC RECORD

The grading rules were locked before the grades

Anyone can score well on a test they grade themselves. So we wrote the rules of our testing first, locked them in a public record, and only then measured. If we edit the rules after the fact, the edit is visible to anyone and the claim it touched is void.

Every dollar and every finding walks back to the document that asserted it, down to the passage, with each party's claim kept separate.

PRODUCT RULES

What we refuse to show

What the product will not pretend to know.

No number without a source
If Kynthar cannot substantiate a dollar figure, it does not render the figure. An honest missing amount beats a fabricated one.
Nothing-to-check is not a pass
When there was nothing to measure, the product says so. It never reports checked and passed from an empty basis.
Estimates are marked as estimates
Document-backed amounts render to the cent. Projected or estimated aggregates are rounded and labeled. The two never share the same treatment.
Automation unlocks one rung at a time
It starts read-only. Automation turns on one rung at a time, as it earns it, enforced in code rather than promised in a deck.

BEFORE IT SHIPS

Graded against answers we already know

Kynthar is graded on whether its claims about money match planted truth: findings, totals, dates, dollar impacts. Not a field-scraping scoreboard.

  1. 01

    Plant the story

Every price, quantity, date, and dollar impact in a test story is known in advance. The generator that plants the facts produces the answer key. You never wonder whether the right answer was right.

    Exact known answers, not opinion
  2. 02

    Run production

Stories run through the same pipeline customers use. No parallel toy path. You never evaluate a build that behaves better than the product you get.

Same code path as live traffic
  3. 03

    Grade by arithmetic

Output is compared to planted truth with deterministic checks. No model grades another model in this harness. A wrong claim cannot talk its way to a pass.

Pass or fail, not a vibes score

The suite includes stories where the correct answer is that nothing is wrong, so the system is graded on not crying wolf. For duty math, two independent calculators must agree to the cent or the seed is rejected at generation. Two answers is a failed seed.

Mechanism only. No published pass rates. Scoped to the tariff duty scenarios that wire this check.

RELEASE DISCIPLINE

Before anything ships

A mislabeled test arm cannot record a result
The harness verifies which model actually served the run before any metric is stored. You never read a number measured on a different system.
Every release check comes from a past failure
Each release check was created by a real past failure. A mistake we have paid for once does not come back quietly.
Canaried releases with instant rollback
Rollback is a single verified path. You never wait out a bad release while we rebuild.
Even this page is gated
Known-false marketing claims are permanently blocked from rendering. This copy is held to the same bar as the product numbers.

HONESTY

What we do not publish, and why

Any accuracy number we printed would describe our test set, not your documents. The wrong thing to sell.

We will not publish a leaderboard of pass rates. We will not compare ourselves to document scanners by name. We will not call a vibes score verification.

The grade that matters is the one you run yourself, on your own documents, against a number you already hold. Free 30-day Pilot. No credit card.
